Working for Prodware

My involvement with Birgir began a few days prior to him joining the company where is assisted in his own time to support a complex sales cycle and this level of dedication pursued during his time at Prodware. His supporting role meant he had to engage at all levels within the sale ranging from early fact finding and analysis through to presentation of his findings and in some instances delivering the proposal to the customer. 

He engaged with a key customer for the Prodware UK team, involving all stake holders, and designed and specified additional functionality for a key sub-system. He then advised and managed the nearshore developers. 

From his time working alongside the New Business sales team, I found Birgir to be willing to adapt, stretch his working hours and take on responsibilities outside his original remit to support the sales campaign.
